NMR Study of Alcoholic Beverages
This is a short feasibility study on a range of alcoholic beverages taken from a well stocked liquor cabinet. Some of the whiskey samples were particularly old (decades) and thus evaporation may have compromised the accuracy of the alcohol content on the label. The alcohol content on the label was taken as the actual alcohol content.
